Beautiful Kaua'i

Unfortunately, today was very overcast with scattered showers and high surf warnings!  Red flag warnings on the beach!

We had an early activity orientation at the time share.  

Then it was off to lunch at Bubba Burgers in Hanalei.  A good juicy burger and a Mango shake!  An interesting place, Hanalei is.  Lots of little shops.  And ocean access.  We went down to the ocean and I just stood at the edge and got my tootsies and eventually pant legs wet.  Even with the red flags out there were some guys with their surf bards and kites out there!

Then we headed to the Kilauea Lighthouse.  It is on the most northern point of the island.  Lots of nesting birds here!  And it is migration season also. Hard to get a decent shot of the birds with my camera!

We spent a little time driving and then headed back to Princville. For more rain
