Had a phone call from Curtis this morning around 9:30am--he is 8 hours ahead of us so it was almost 5:30pm. He sounded tired. But he is safe and sound in Italy. No problems with his flights(4 of them) and his luggage arrived with him. The rental car was there. Had a little problem finding the base. Stopped at a bakery where they spoke no English, but managed to figure things out. He said he is going back for baked goods. I am happy he is there and all is going OK. He said he hopefully will have internet connection tomorrow.

Where on the map is Curtis, Leslee? Is it northern or southern Italy?
