I got to have some one on one time with the grandkids this evening, as Kirsten and Tim went out for dinner alone. Harlee's vocabulary has grown immensely over the last couple of weeks. Let's hope potty training is next on the list. And Nicholas is just moving all over and trying to climb up too. It was a fun time for nana. Of coarse, had to take some photos. Check the faces of Harlee while she was reading her book.

Have been out walking and riding the bike this morning.
Supposedly off until the weekend, but did say I would work Tues and Wed as extra if we were busy at work. Hopefully the unit will call a little later and let me know what is up for the next couple of days.
Need a haircut desperately.
Anyway, Robyn wanted to know what was in the bag, and a few extras that I got too.

Curtis and I have arrived home safely from Tacoma. Long day on the road. And lots and lots and lots of rain we came through. And it was raining when we arrived in Great Falls. But would rather have rain than snow at this point.
Picked up these cute rain boots for Harlee in Tacoma. Don't you think she will love them?
according to the calendar. And I, for one am happy about that.
Spent most of the day in and around Tacoma. Breakfast started at the
Black Bear Diner- for a beary good breakfast. Visited Pt. Defiance and the Tacoma mall. Had dinner at one of Caitlin's haunts--The Goosey Goose for goofy burgers and dogs. Took Cait back to the hotel for a while and then dropped her back off at the dorm so we can get a fairly early start home tomorrow.

Today we headed north into Seattle. The day was rainy, overcast, but not too cold.
A stop at Fry's Electronics for Curtis and at Target for cait. Down the road we headed. We found a cute rubber stamping store-Monkey Love rubber Stamp and left a few dollars there. Cupcake places are big out here, not only Starbucks. So mid afternoon we stopped for a cupcake break. And off to Ivars on the wharf for dinner.

We headed towards the coast after I worked a 12 hour shift on Monday. Spent the night in Missoula. Got up to find fresh snow falling and we drove in it for quite a while.
The roads weren't the best at times. But we managed to arrive at Cait's dorm a little after 3pm.
Today we have toodled around a bit. Got to visit a scrapping store in Gig Harbour. Visited Fox Island. Curtis hit a camera store. And Curtis hit a store, where he got a new motorcycle helmet(Happy Birthday, hubby) It was not too bad a day, around 50 and mostly cloudy. Nice to be spending some time with Cait. Off to Seattle, I think tomorrow. And spring is arriving here--trees blossoming, bulbs sprouting in the gardens and the grass is SO green.
A few photos to enjoy!
