We made it Home!!!!!

We made it home from Pheonix, last evening after being gone for the last 12 days. CE was a total blast and I am already psyched for the next one. If I could be so lucky to go again. I don't know how it could every surpass this years event.

Curtis and I headed out Labour day morning and drove through rain and snow and stayed near Bryce Canyon, We were up early to take sunrise photos over the canyon. And then it was down the road to Pheonix. Robyn, Jenn and Cheryl were already there, as they started their travels the Friday before.

Wed. am we were on the bus tour by 8am to visit the Bazzill Paper factory and Scrapbooks, Etc.

Thursday, was another early day so Curtis, Robyn and I could be at the Botanical Gardens for the 7am opening. We wanted to beat the heat with temperatures well over 100F.
Thursday afternoon we registered for Creative Escape, did the treasure hunt and survived Technique Boutique.

Friday and Saturday we were totally engrossed in Creative escape classes. They had awesome teachers this year--Tim holtz, Heidi Swapp, Kolette Hall, Kelly Goree, Jenni Bowlin, Janet Hopkins and Laurie stamas. They all had amazing projects for us to do. Will post them later when they get finished up. Friday evening we also had technique boutique, where we made lots of cards. Thanks to Bazzill and Heidi swapp for a great weekend. Robyn won one of the grand prizes--a Revolution and 3 new dies.

Sunday morning, Curtis and Robyn and I headed down the road to Sedonna. Here we did laundry, discovered a vortex, visited a church built into the rock and had photo ops galore.
Ate some yummy food too.

Tues it was on to the Grand Canyon where we spent the day taking oodles of photos. We ended our day in Las vegas.
Wed. we spent the day in Vegas--shopping at camera shops and a scrapbook store. We ate at Margaritaville and were entertained by the Blue Man Group. The day ended taking phots of the dancing water at the Belagio.

Thursday we drove miles through the desert and ended up in Twin falls, ID for the night. Yesterday was a drive through the mountains of ID and MT to reach home. A long trip on the road and happy to be home.

Mom: I'm glad you had a good time. I can't wait to see some of the beautiful things I am sure you've created!

Dad: That is a lot of beer!
