Will Winter ever End????

A lot of the state has been under a winter storm watch today and places out there are getting SNOW!!!!
It is heavy and wet and therefore causing power outages.  We are lucky enough to be only getting rain.  But our high is only around 40F.  Glad I haven't been premature and planted things in the garden yet!  I usually wait until qround the end of the month.

Was up early and had Curtis to the airport a little after 6am to make an Avis run to Kalispell.  Kirsten and I tried to go to Target, but Cooper had ideas to be a hellion today and so we were in the store, but that was about it.  Shortly after Kirsten fed him lunch and he crashed for a good couple of hours.  He likes to think he can keep up with the big kids, but he really can't!

Have been doing some scrapping.  I have these two photo of my sister and I with our mum as kids. I didn't like how they were scrapped so, they got rescrapped this weekend!  There. Are very few phtos of Lauree and I as kids, let alone with our mum.  i don't think she liked having her photo taken and really had no interest at all in taking photos.  i have such a hard time with this, as I am at the opposite end of the spectrum!!!!!!

The photo was taken in Florida in 1961, when we went to visit our grandparents.  Long before WDW.
The background paper is a new Jilli Bean Soup paper from Mushroom Medley.
The other papers  all came from my scrap basket- We R Memory Keepers, Crate Paper
Some prima flowers
A diecut flower misted with some ColorShine
The mini letters are from Glitz design.

Not sure what year this second photo was taken.  Probably somewhere around 1966-1968.  We used to take holidays on our boat.
I tried to keep it kind of vintagy.
The background paper is old Making Memories -passport
Scraps from Simple Stories, Echo Park, and Carta Bella
I love the flair with the rotary dial phone.  Thought I would never use that!  Haha!
The sticker are Simple Stories
Title was cut with a Quickutz font
