Full Steam to Overload!!!

That was my day yesterday!  Having a much quieter one today, especially since I started out with a headache on board.  Just think it is the crazy weather- we are having snow this morning.  "Top of the Morning" start to the day!

It started with having to drive across town to the airport for 8am.  Curtis will be a shuttle driver for Avis car rental and had to go to orientation in Butte.  Just a mere  2 1/2 hour drive down the interstate.
I came home and set to cleaning my house since no one was around.  I changed the bed and washed the sheets.  I cleaned my bathrooms.  I vacuumed through and wiped down the wood floors.  All by lunch.
I then needed to get dressed to head into work for my yearly evaluation.  Everyone keeps asking if I am retiring?  They know it is close, but there aren't many nurses to ask to come in for an hour or two to cover them if they need to go to a meeting or a Dr. appointment.  I didn't burst their bubble just yet.
I headed home with a stop at the post office.  I am overdue for some lunch and it is 2:30.  I wolf down a sandwich just in time for Curtis to text he needed a pick up.  On the way home, we stopped for Harlee.
Curtis takes her to basketball practice and drops her at Girl Scouts.  He comes home and I head to pick her up and take her home and pick us up some dinner.  It is close to 7:30 when I get home.  That means I have been on the go for 12 hours.  Just like work!!!
I slept in until 7:30!!  Yes, that is sleeping in.  I am usually up at 5:30-6am.  I was dang tired.
I better get back in gear, because there are babies and I will be working tomorrow.  The last full shift I worked was on Jan25.  That is about 6 weeks ago.  I think working a 12 hour shift will hit me like a brick!
I am going to have a quiet day today.  Hopefully spent in my craft space creating.  Need to get rid of the headache first.
Have a super St. Patrick's DaY!!!
