President's Day

Today was President's Day.  Not much celebration.  Curtis was happy to be off work.  Te grand kids were as happy to be off school.  And so was Caitlin out in Seattle.

The grand kids were all here in full force.  The demolition crew as they are fondly known as.  Cooer was pulling flowers off the table.  Getting into kitchen drawers.  Trying to figure how to get under the gate at the top of the stairs.  His hand and arm can get under it.  He was howling when the rest of him couldn't!!!

Kirsten brought Nic's bike over.  Harlee's was already here from her birthday.  The snow has all melted out front and we have a good size driveway and sidewalk.  And they spent quite a while out riding their bikes.  Helped wear off some extra energy I am thinking!

I have been scrapping and enjoying being able to do this.

Used a lot of old MME product on this one.

Sounds like you had an awesome "Family Day" as we call it here in Canada :)
Such a sweet layout.
You get so much done in a day :)

Lots of cute little toes in this post. Nice layout, love the hexagons. We had a school make-up day on President's Day, so our was very ordinary, which is a shame.
