November is Here!

It is the month to be thankful for all our blessings! And I have so much to be thankful for. My husband, my sister, my daughters, my grandkids. I do not have a ton of friends, but the ones I have are very true!

I am thankful for my health. It has it's ups and downs. But over all pretty dang good.

I am thankful for my home. When the kids were home, i always wanted something bigger, but it is perfect for Curtis and I now.

I am thankful I have a great paying job. It is stressful in more ways than one. And the hours are long.

It's been all about cooking and baking the last couple of days. Must be the weather. I have a co- worker that had surgery for breast cancer on Friday that I made chicken noodle soup for. I made homemade applesauce. I put chili in the crockpot. I baked pumpkin and banana muffins. And today doesn't seem to be much different. I made mini quiches for work. And chicken cacciatore is in the crockpot for dinner.

And will share my little project of Thanksgiving cards. Fairly easy, but look pretty. The wheat sheaves are an Impression die.

What a lovely post. Pastor reminded us this morning about being thankful for our blessings. I will try and make a more concerted effort in November, and hopefully it becomes habit in one short month.
